JS Auto Cast Foundry India Pvt Ltd Hiring for Production Head at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods.

You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader.

Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Based on Production Plan from Planning ,Daily machine Loading Plan to be Prepared.

2. Inform the machine Loading Plan to Shift incharge and Tool Room.

3. Cooordinate with vendor development for Sub contract process.

4. Coordinate with NPD for trail samples production.

5. Coordinate with Foundry production for getting the casting Out put.

6. Monitor the Productivity of the machine and reporting to head manufacturing and to improve the same.

7. Enusre the movement of parts to FG as required by Marketing team.

8. Intiate actions to reduce the cost of Manufacturing in all the process ( cycle time reduction, tool cost reduction, kaizen..etc).

9. Take actions to reduce the inhouse machining rejections & to improve the process.

10. Coordiante with maintenance for machine maintenance related activity.

11. Conduct Aspect and Impact study analysis frequently Ensuring to avoid the negative impacts.

12. Conduct HIRA Assessment analysis frequently and ensure the current control to make the incident free work environment.

13. Communication of EMS 14001 : 2015 to awareness for the Supervisors,Operators.

14. Reduce Hazards in the Work location by planning necessary controls.

15. Ensure using of Safety PPE in workplace.

16. Conduct EMP and RRP Programs for control.

17. Handling of Waste management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
