JSW Sports is looking for an HR Executive to join their team in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Process payroll accurately and timely using software and agencies, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Prepare HR-related reports and analytics using Excel, including employee turnover, headcount, payroll summaries, and performance metrics.
• Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, training, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR processes and practices.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Required:

• 1+ years of experience in HR roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
