- Ensures safety of Manpower & Equipments
- Proper Inspection in Shift
Critical Tasks
- Responsible for critical equipment maintenance in shift on day to day basis
- Responsible for Trouble shooting
- Responsible for optimum utilization of various consumables & controlling cost within given target
- Coordinating user department for smooth running of the plant
- Responsible for completing SAP PM Order & Notification as per schedule
- Responsible for 100 % availability of Equipment in respective shift
- Ensuring completion of TQM activities in respective shift
- Responsible for safety and environment improvement activities in respective shift
Decision making authority (Decisions expected)
- Work permit
- Shutdown of equipment to avoid breakdown
Educational Background And Work Experience
B.E / B.Tech Mechanical with minimum 6 Years’ Experience
