Role Purpose:

Jumio has an immediate opening for a passionate Accounts Payable Professional to join its Accounting team in its Jaipur office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the company at a time of its rapid growth. Accounts Payable Specialist will be a hands-on single contributor and will be responsible for daily Procure-to-Pay functions to support US, UK, Canada, Austria and Singapore offices, as well as employee’s expenses and credit card management.

Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable transactions, vendor bills and vendor payments
• Obtain proper information and clarify any questionable invoices item
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues related to outstanding invoice notices. Follow-up and communicate with vendors and other departments as needed.
• Record Journal Entries as it relates to accounts payable and accrued expenses
• Perform account reconciliations as it relates to Accounts Payable
• Ensure accounts payable operations comply with company policies, processes, procedures and internal controls
• Participate in special projects, as needed

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

• Com Graduate
• 5-6 years of experience managing Accounts Payable
• Experience supporting international Accounts Payable operations is a must
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Experience with Tipalti or any other similar Procure to pay system is a plus
• Ability to flourish in a fast-growing environment
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and self-managed, able to think independently, creatively, and opportunistically.
