Jumio Corporation Hiring for Team Leader Operations at Jaipur Full Time

Role Expectation(s):

Team Lead Operations would play an important role in bridging the knowledge and process excellence flow between managers and Verification Experts. Will be responsible for coaching the team to execute process effectively and accurately, identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; allocating and building team and to align the best of the efforts as per the business volume expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Handling of an average size of 30+ members.
• Meeting client expectation and process metrics.
• Presentations/ Documentation/ Reporting / MIS Handling.
• Daily/weekly/monthly reports for clients, and internal reporting.
• Plan of Actions and Steps for Team and Process Improvement.
• Handle roster (Strength Management), Leaves, Breaks.
• Coordinate with other support functions like IT, HR, Accounts etc.
• Conducting monthly one-to-one sessions with team members.
• Identification of training needs of team members.
• Take up escalations and provide best solutions.
• Drive and develop the team members for being effective in their role.
• Need to work towards enhancing the customer experience and overall
  service delivery.

Basic Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
• Relevant industry experience of 3-5 years
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as a strong technical and analytical aptitude are required.
• Candidate should be comfortable in rotational shifts.
