Role: Center Manager

Role Definition:

As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for parent counselling, supervising staff, training educators and caregivers, marking attendance and handling ad Hoc responsibilities etc., In addition to this you have to perform administrative duties such as managing inventory, handling petty cash, preparing weekly or monthly reports and making sure that quality assurance checklist is followed on daily basis.

Responsibilities Deliverables

• Establishing Parent connect by planning Parent Committee Visits (Food, Classroom, Centre), encouraging parent volunteering and making several home visits as and when required.
• Following up with parents by calling them personally or meeting in person.
• Establishing connect during welcome & dispersal of children and encouraging parents to provide testimonials, wow moments and suggesting them to use suggestion box.
• Sending birthday, sorry, thank you, miss you messages to parents as an when required.
• Urging parents to write blogs and to attend all 6 Edumeets and 3 Face to Face meetings
• Settling meetings with new enrolments and urging parents to attend all parent partnership events.
• Accurate information communicated about events, holidays and activities to be given as and when required.
• Prompt resolution of queries
• Convincing the parents for child enrolment by briefing them about our programs and giving them the tour of the organisation, guiding them with the payment, negotiating and following up for the same.
• Generating Brand Awareness by bringing Tie ups such as Corporates Toy & Stationery Shops, Hospitals, Societies and High Schools. In addition to this, organising promotional events, updating parents about high school admission procedures and generating innovation in sales & promotion by adding new activities in activity centre.
• Circulation of monthly newsletters, messages, promotional content for brand awareness.
• Coordinate with SDM team by adding parents on all JS SDM platforms, tagging parents, sharing status updates on our several portals.
• Encouraging parents to like/share/review posts.
• Conduct Center Audits by organising centre tours for quality and presentation check, following up of all quality audit checklists, developing and maintenance of infrastructure and conducting quality circle meeting.
• Implementation of curriculum and all experiential events.
• Upkeeping the record of the centre and maintaining expense Report by timely fee collection from all verticals, tallying the bank statements, managing petty cash and timely payment of all bills and cost reduction.
• Giving UFID number, training them about the working and usage of UFID Machine.
• Providing the data to HR team for processing the salary of team (by updating attendance register for all staff daily).
• Establishing Internal effective communication by updating all school activities/events/developments on staff notice board, WhatsApp, app & communication book.
• Establishing internal communication by reporting agenda and updates through WhatsApp/Emails to CEO, formulating to-do list and self-rating for PMM, providing Enquiry Analysis, Social Media and Zoho calling Report, giving prompt revert, communication and follow up to all centres and team.
• Attend trainings for self-improvement and implementation of trainings.

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
