Full Job Description
2 /3 + Years industry experience in UNIX system and network support.
Experience in installing, configuring (DNS, NIS, NFS, DHCP etc) on UNIX flavors (BSD, LINUX, Solaris etc) also in Troubleshooting and windows as and when required
Knowledge on Virtualization like (ESX,KVM,XEN etc)
Knowledge on Containers/Dockers will be a big plus
Experience in Scripting (Shell/Python/PHP) is a MUST
Knowledge on GIT, CVS is a plus.
Familiarity with Databases (MySQL/Postgress etc.)
Familiarity with DevOps and tools like (Ansible/Cobbler/Chef/Puppet)
Familiarity with Web frameworks like Django/Flask etc.
Eager to learn new technologies (apps/tools) on automation/DevOps
Respond to software and system test engineers’ requirements to construct new testbeds and add links between devices.
Requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through on multiple long-term projects.
Ready to work with the Vendors (like purchasing, support etc).
