Roles and responsibilities

– You are the face between management and employees, we expect you to have healthy work culture in the company

– Hire right candidates, have proper documentations

– Always interact with team and get their feedback to have lively work atmosphere

– Come up with interactive activities often to have everyone in same page

– Co ordinate with accounts team to run payroll on time

– Work on the legal terms we should be ready with (service level agreement, Data policy, NDA, internet and gadgets management)

– You are responsible for human resource lifecycle

Skillset requirement

– Handful of knowledge in souring, hiring, community connections

– Skilled to handle diverse people and bring them to same page

– Communication skills

Minimum year of experience : 3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kondapur, Hyderabad – 500081, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
• HR: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
