Minimum 5-8 year working experienceGender MaleQualification The candidate must possess a degree/diploma of University duly recognized by the State Government in this behalf in the same manner as attached herewith this J.D.Candidate must have adequate knowledge of the Hindi, English .Functional area Labour Welfare management in consonance with policy implementation,Look after various compliance related to Labour Factory Laws, look after Health Safety management, and other associated Statutory ComplianceJob Responsibilities: – To eliminate the issues of the jobber system in therecruitment of labour including contractual hiringTo develop and improve labour administration in accordanceto the factory policies.To serve as a liaison with the Central/State LabourCommissioner.To Look after Safety, health and welfare programs likehousing, recreation and sanitation services, as provided underthe law for the time being in forceSpeedy Redressal and appropriate disposal of workersgrievances in consonance with factory managementInterpret company policies correctly and make the sameunderstood the workers in the language they understandTo act as a bridge/coordinator with the factory managementto design/implement policies appropriately and encourage theworkers to work with productive efficiencyTo take care of all the required compliance in relation tofactory and various Labour lawsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From ₹28,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 5 years (Required)
