Full Job Description
Monitoring of housekeeping related activities and coordinating with housekeeping vendor.Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for Client Create and follow up on corrective purchase orders, as necessary.Processing of vendor Invoices Management of meeting rooms.Check and ensure the availability of first aid medicines.Attendance management, Facilities Management / Vendor Management / Security Staff Coordination & Overseeing CafeteriaInterfacing with the pest control for carrying out the pest control activities at the facility.Ownership of the Day-to-day administration, including inventory management. Inspect the turn out and attendance of the housekeeping staffCommunicate to the FM all incidents’ issues and pending problemsMonitoring the Food Vendors at site.Managing the front desk Welcoming and greeting the walk-in clients and ushering them to the mezzanine floorDistribution of correspondence, ID and access cards.Answering incoming calls and redirecting it to the concerned departmentDirecting candidates for interviews and connecting to the concerned person Managing the petty cash and keeping a track of it.Addressing to employee queries related to their in-time and out-time.End to end vendor management and logistics for office and eventsCoordinate administrative requests for smooth working of the office Coordinate and make arrangements for Monthly Birthday CelebrationsLocation Mumbai : Lower ParelRequirement Good communication skills : – 8/10 Minimum 2 + years of relevant experienceQualification : – Any GraduateShift timings 09:00 am – 06:00 pm Transport Boundaries Source candidates from nearby location only (South Mumbai candidates prefered)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹450,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 9819123935
