Job Profile

• To ensure high degree of EHS system at Maintenance and Ensure the adherence of EHS standard
• Develop / Reframe the strong system / Process to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
• To upkeep the health of machines and all equipment’s to perform as per EHS standard
• Planning, scheduling, and Preventive Maintenance of Equipment’s.
• Machine wise monitoring and establishing fitness of all Equipment’s to meet the production targets.
• Subordinate Development – Improving level of supervision and imparting training to subordinates and people down the line.
• To explore possibilities of automation for faster and better plant efficiency.
• Involvement in developmental Projects Activities
• Budgeting for operation expenses & monitoring its deviations.
• Maintaining KPI of maintenance dept & monitoring its deviation.
• Maintaining all records inward-outward movement in the dept.
• Leading DWM, Synergy deviation management system, QMS and EMS SOP
