Location : Perundurai, Tamilnadu

Roles & Responsibilities

1. To maintain good quality sized beam with the available infrastructure

2. Should know about sizing of fine counts with high no of ends

3. Technical Competency in warping , Sizing & weaving operations

4. Ensure optimum breakages and high productivity and low rejection

5. To plan for daily runouts, yarn requirements for both warp & weft

6. To achieve maximum loom efficiency, Shed efficiency & Utilization efficiency

7. Machine maintenance preventive and brake down schedule follow up

8. Man power cost control, man power requirement ,HR related activity follow up

9. To plan daily beam requirements of weaving shed

10. Production planning and on time delivery of fabric to the greige ware house

11. ERP entry for production, yarn & fabric waste control

12. Sort wise daily weft requirements reports preparation and follow up

13. Maintain Housekeeping for the entire shed.

14. Coordinate with Yarn & Fabric sourcing team for day to day activities.

15. Clear cut reconciliations to be done for yarn, Dyed yarn & Fabric.

16. Follow SOP for material moments in entire shed

17. Maintain and accountable for yarn stores , WIP & liquidation
