We are looking for a proactive and multilingual Telemarketing Executive , fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu , to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective clients, promote immigration services, and convert leads into opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote immigration and visa services.
• Provide detailed information to clients in English, Hindi, and Telugu about available options and processes.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable immigration programs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
• Record and maintain accurate details of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to improve telemarketing strategies and client engagement.

Expertise Required:

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in using basic computer tools and CRM systems.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
