Kaleido Architecture Hiring for Estimation & Design Engineer at Mumbai Full Time

Responsibilities

· Prepare BOQ, analyze quotes by Interior sub-contractors & vendors

· Prepare quick cost estimates as a part of proposals under tight deadlines

· Review material & labour cost make cost evaluations & comparisons

· Prepare document to Invite quotations from vendors & contractors

· Negotiate price & terms of delivery with subcontractors and material vendors

· Oversee the procurement (as per project schedule) such as selection, comparison, review/verify unit rates & delivery timelines

· Check and prepare Purchase Orders, etc;

· Check & prepare payment schedule in coordination with site supervisor as per the site progress

· Finalize accounts in the period of final measurement;

· Track & update the cost estimate for any escalations as the project progresses

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial Interior design projects
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, MS Words, MS Project ,

Salary: ₹14,243.01 – ₹25,000.00 per month
