Recruitment & New Joiner’s Report
· Recruitment process includes conducting & coordinating interview, test & induction.
· Plan and organize the orientation program for new hires.
· Complete the joining formalities i.e. collecting required documents, creating login IDs for attendance purpose and introduction of new joiners.
· Generating for Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter and Transfer Letter.
· Maintaining employee’s personal file.
· Checking references of new hires if any.
Payroll & Salary Administration
· Coordinating with team for monthly payroll system, make necessary entries for new joiners.
· Coordination for Wage & Salary Administrations
· Handling ESI/ PF related queries
· Calculate OT for Employees.
· Preparing Incentive Report
· Keep a track of records of the procedures, processes, formats / forms in line with organizational goals.
Attendance & Leaves Management
· Maintaining and generating employee attendance report
· Maintaining Leave Register & Attendance Register and updating leave letters.
· Creating Finger prints in Cosec-Matrix
· Background verification for new hires.
· Maintain employee files and information in various reports like employee database, employee CV’s, preparing all HR letters, certificates and Employees Loans & Advances.
Employee Engagement Activity
· Celebrating employee birthday programs etc…
· Distributing sweets to the employees on festival days
· Coordinate with GM for every festival to celebrate Puja
Employee Recognition
· Identity the best performer in both sales and service in terms of work, punctual and behavior.
Full & Final Settlement and Exit Process

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
