Responsibilities:Call on 999O55I171 and mail cv delhi@kapstonservices.comManaging and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the officeOverseeing and managing administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, filing, and data entryMaintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including ordering and stocking office suppliesPreparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsManaging the organization’s financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and taxesAssisting in budget planning and monitoring expensesEnsuring compliance with all accounting standards, laws, and regulationsPerforming other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:Master degree in MBA3+ years of experience in office administrationExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointCandidate with Knowledge of Tally 9 preferredFluency in English and Tamil languagesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹22,379.62 – ₹29,668.46 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Microsoft Office (Preferred)total work (Preferred)
