- Handle end-to-end processing of working capital loan applications including verification, documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement activities.
- Review and validate customer KYC, financial documents, and other required paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with credit, sales, and risk teams for smooth approval and sanctioning of working capital loans.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Monitor loan accounts for timely disbursals, repayments, renewals, and limit adjustments.
- Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards to provide regular updates on operational performance.
- Identify gaps in operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle customer and partner queries related to loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
- Support audit and regulatory inspections with accurate records and timely responses.
