Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate and MBA (HR)

Experience

1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Manager Talent Acquisition process, job posting & filling positions.
• Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example; sorting posts, telephone answering, devising standard Human Resources documents and letters, and managing the HR inbox.
• Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
• Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
• Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses, and leaves
• Ensure electronic and paper-based personnel files are maintained and filing is completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain an up-to-date Procedures Manual for all HR Administration duties.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Provide orientations for new employees by explaining company policies
• Exit formalities for the employees

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
