Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Complete Supervision and Monitoring of the project
• Control and maintain quality of execution as per desired standards
• Achieve the project timelines and milestones as per the project schedule
• Take up cost and budget management of the project, ensure project is delivered within the budgeted costs
• Ensure complete EHS at site during work progress
• Review Design and Drawings, BoQs and other project documentation and value add on the required areas
• Ensure work is happening as per the design and GFCs
• Plan and Prepare project schedules and update as per project requirements
• Managing Vendors, PMCs, Consultants and other Internal and External Stakeholders
• Preparing progress updates and management presentations
• Well-versed with modern prevalent contractual practices, latest construction methodologies and dexterity in establishing systems in compliance with ISO quality standards
• Well-versed with all IS/International codes
• Thorough understanding of high end services of the modern building projects
• Good communication skills with the ability to network with project members, consultants, contractors, and statutory agencies with consummate ease

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Project Planning and Management
• Knowledge and Understanding of Civil Construction, Structures, IS Codes and Finishes
• Knowledge and Understanding of local bye laws and compliances
• Well-versed with all IS/International codes
• Knowledge of AutoCAD & MSP / Primavera
• Good presentation and communication

Preferable :

• PMP Certificate/Project Management Certificate from NICMAR
• Quality Assurances and Safety Certification
• Knowledge of relevant MEP areas
