Kay Jay Forgings Pvt. Ltd. Looking For Company Secretary at Ludhiana, Punjab, Full Time

• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
• Prepare and file necessary returns and forms with regulatory bodies (ROC, SEBI, etc.).
• Organize and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
• Take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns.
• Advise the board and management on governance and statutory compliance matters.
• Ensure that the company meets its legal obligations under company law and other relevant legislation.
• Liaise with external regulators, lawyers, and auditors.
• Oversee policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.
• Manage share transfers and maintain the shareholder register.
• Handle correspondence, collate information, and write reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to relevant company stakeholders.
• Qualifications:
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
