About the role

In the role of the Analyst, you will be part of the new team who builds the DBS Centre in Delhi; transitioning the existing processes into the Centre and being responsible for E2E Process in one area: Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Inventory, Cash & Bank for Dyson.

Responsibilities:

Taking part in transition to DBS, making sure knowledge is acquired and documented

Focusing on the complete, accurate and timely completion of accounting transactions in one area: Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Inventory, Cash & Bank and ensuring delivery according to process requirements within IFRS

Prepare accurate balance sheet reconciliations in line with deadlines, drive the resolution for the aged/unexplained items

Support the year end activities

Support the internal and external audit process

Ensuring compliance with internal control system

Support process improvement ideas, conduct root cause analyses to eliminate process waste and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of RTR operations

Create and maintain Desktop Procedures and other process related documentation

Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders

Fulfil any other ad hoc responsibilities as directed by the Financial Manager.

Requirements:

University degree (Business / Finance / Economy / Management)

3-5 years of experience in Record to Report department

Expertise in one of Record to Report end to end process (Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Inventory, Cash & Bank)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP experience as a must

Transition experience including writing and updating procedures, process maps

Good analytical skills and attention to details

Commitment to service excellence, process improvements and automation

Proactivity and ability to take initiative

Fluency in English
