BRINGING IT TO THE ROLE

As our Business Strategy and transformation expert, you will be responsible to:

1. Assist in building and running a platform for step-changing category & macros business intelligence including but not limited to: –

· Macro-economic

· Competition

· Category emerging trends – India and internationally

2. Assist in regular monitoring of the execution of Strategic Pillars (Tx, Cx, Dx, Rx) by cross-functional teams.

· Set format and cadence for regular monitoring.

· Assist teams as a thought partner to help steer and help solve for roadblocks.

3. Assist GM in terms of:-

· In preparing and regular updation of GM Dashboard – monitoring business/ org performance across key metrics

· Assist in sourcing best info/ insights to have apt Preparedness/ readiness for important meetings/ Timely response to global queries.

4. Assist in ideating and planning/ leading the execution of significant strategic and operational agendas.

· Assist in Strategic thinking & Problem Analysis

· Work cross-functionally to help streamline ideas to execution.

· Key Projects for 2023

o Unlocking growth in UP and Maharashtra

5. Craft and continue to evolve Org Vision (for medium + long term) to be #1 QSR brand.

· Assist with insight/ analytics to identify critical big bets/work streams.

· Help map anticipated risks and assist in building plans to mitigate risk (to help org move from a reactive to a pro-active approach)

• · Assist the cross-functional teams to bring work streams to the end state – by playing a facilitator/ integrator role

We are looking for:

• MBA from a Tier 1 / 2 institute.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in strategy and planning. Someone who has worked with Consulting companies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Should be a strong team player and motivator.
