Job Title: Accounts Officer

Ideally between 30-35 years
Responsibilities:
As an Administrative and Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing unit. Key responsibilities include:
1. GST Compliance:
– Stay abreast of the latest GST laws and regulations.
– Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.
– Handle GST audits and assessments.
2. Accounts Management:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
– Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
– Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.
– Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
3. Financial Management:
– Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
– Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
– Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
4. ESI (Employee State Insurance):
– Oversee ESI compliance and related documentation.
– Coordinate ESI registrations for eligible employees.
– Address queries and concerns related to ESI.
5. EPF (Employee Provident Fund):
– Ensure compliance with EPF regulations and guidelines.
– Manage EPF registrations for employees.
– Handle EPF-related documentation and processes.
6. General Administration:
– Support day-to-day administrative functions.
– Assist in procurement and vendor management.
– Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
– In-depth knowledge of GST laws, ESI, and EPF regulations.
– Familiarity with relevant accounting software and ERP systems.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Management Skills
Preferred Skills:
– Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA).
– Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
– Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
