Position Overview:-
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are carried out efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer service. And within the required time frame. He is supposed to supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and Mechanics working on commercial vehicles like buses, and trucks.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Supervise and manage the workshop floor, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor the progress of repairs and maintenance to ensure that they are completed within the specified 8me frame.
• Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standard, with an emphasis on quality control and customer sa8sfac8on.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on vehicles, including parts and labour costs.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regula8ons.
• Liasoning with customers regarding their vehicles, providing updates on progress and ensuring that any issues are resolved in a 8mely manner.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring that the workshop
• is well-stocked and well-organised.
• Iden8fy areas of improvement within the workshop, and implement changes where necessary to improve efficiency and produc8vity

Desired Skillets and Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a commercial vehicle dealership from Tata Motors.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and their systems.
• Excellent supervisory and 8me management skills.
• Good communica8on and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effec8vely with customers and stall at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think crea8vely to resolve issues.

Salary:-

The Floor Supervisor’s salary may vary depending on the experience, qualifica8ons and loca8on.
The average salary range for this role is 20-40K per month. Incentives may vary depending on the performance.
