(A) Assist in developing new or modifying existing packaging material.

• Gather information on existing & new machine / process & recommend it to business (Competition analysis)
• Collate changes effected in packaging materials & propose suitable action based on observations
• Conduct periodical reviews of packaging materials & processes to reduce packaging material costs & wastages

(B) Involved in the process of developing new packaging through innovative processes or by innovative

packaging materials

(C) Prepare plan for periodical audits at factories, vendors, depots & distributors to ensure proper quality checks.

(D) Provide input in deciding packaging materials for new briefs. Develop SOPs to validate new packaging materials through trials.

(E) Checks methods / process adopted for getting defect free packaging materials for new launches.

(F) Monitor compliance of protocols Cross Functional Interaction

(G)Support in new package Development of New as well as existing Product.

(H) Develop & make packaging specifications for primary, secondary & tertiary packaging

(I) Develop other packaging related documentations like BOM, standard testing protocols etc.

Critical Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1) The individual must possess Minimum 0 to 1 years of experience working in Personal care Packaging for Baby care or sanitary Products. The individual must possess strong technical skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time on Flexible, Rigid Packaging.

2) Sound knowledge of different types of packaging materials & its applications

3) Good Knowledge on Printing methods, Pre & Post Prepress work, Artwork development etc.

4) Engineering Graduation + PG in packaging from IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging)
