Job Responsibilities:
Procurement of stationery, Bags for BIS Ops, HR, Kinara Bags, Signage boards, letter heads, envelopes, stickers, IDcards, Business cards, office seal/stamps, etc.
Qualifications:
PG in Material Management / purchase Management / Inventory management, Graduate
Other Requirements:
Diploma in the related field, apart from Graduation
Competencies & Best Practices for High Performers:
Experience – 5 years in the same level
Vendor network
Negotiation skills
Assessment of vendor capabilities for engagement
Thorough knowledge in making Contracts with all clauses ensuring quality, timelines
Thorough knowledge in Purchase Policy, Process of requisitioning
Knowledge /experience dealing with the subject products
