• Accountable for site safety & Ensuring “Zero Accidents-Zero Incidents”

• Responsible for site preparations by taking laser survey & Frequent site visits and follow up of site readiness, to match the site readiness with material delivery at site

• Responsible for Explaining about importance & necessity of site Absolutes to customer for preparing site towards hassle free installation & on time Project Delivery.

• Responsible for forecasting the material delivery to Factory in line with site readiness.

• Responsible for planning and organizing the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site and placing the orders to sub-contractors and non OTIS factory material suppliers well in advance to the material delivery

• Responsible for administrative activities of the project including daily human resource management and reports project progress to customers as well to the PM & maintaining Project documentation

• Responsible for Planning & organizing Quality inspection & commissioning requirements during the installation in advance.

• Accountable for use of correct installation methods throughout the installation

• Collaborates with the accounts payable to the sub-contractors and other vendors

• Ensures cost control as per action plans during budget, and pre calculated CM2% towards achieving the R80 targets

• Responsible for applying Erection Permission Prior to installation & obtaining license after completion of Installation from CEIG.

• Responsible for Handing over of Elevators to Customer & Service team.
