Kingsmen Coffee Hiring for Accounts Executive at Bangalore Full Time

We are a gourmet kitchen offering multiple cuisines covering beverage, sandwich, desserts and bakery. In this role, you will be expected to work in the central kitchen team primarily in-charge of accounting, book keeping and all finance related activities across all the business centres. Main duties include following book keeping, settlement reports, cash flow statements, accounting, taxation & fillings among others.

Duties and responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts and MIS Executive whose role will cover:

• Managing the company accounts on Quickbooks, including billing and booking

• Collating sales reports from each of the business centres

• Creating and managing performance/finance dashboards

• Managing stock reports across different locations

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

• Should be able to manage invoicing, credit management, accounts clearing and collection

• Good Communication Skills

• Understanding of PF, PT, GST and TDS Filling is advantageous

• Should be able to understand and prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports

• Assist with reviewing and processing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.

• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

Skillsets needed

• Proficient in Zoho/Quickbooks

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel

• Quick to learn new business reporting concepts

• Good at coordinating with people at different levels within the organization and externals

Working Terms

The role will be a six-day week, and the position is based at our central production kitchen located on Taverekere Main Road, Opp Forum Mall, Koramangala, Bangalore. You can apply on Indeed along-with your resume.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred

• Advanced degree or CPA a plus

• 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or related

• Relevant Quickbooks experience required

• Strong PC skills. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
