Job Description

Working experience with Azure Active Directory and Group policy management and support. Crowdstrike administration. Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining the network equipment switches, firewalls, and access points. Knowledge of WatchGuard equipment. Should be expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune and online exchange. Working on ISP-related issues and ensuring high availability. Manage domain, user/computer objects, accounts, and permissions. Perform day-to-day break-fix, operational knowledge of the latest Mac, Windows, and Linux OS server and desktop features, best practices, and system/application configurations Working experience with ticketing tools like Jira. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) Maintain Information technology best practices, This includes monitoring, securing, updating, patching, troubleshooting, automating, and optimizing laptop, desktop, and mobile systems. Anti-virus, and patch management including firmware upgrades Provide monitoring and reporting solutions Performs operating system installation and performance tuning Maintain inventory and assist with asset procurement, delivery, and shipping, Assets management Configuring and deploying the hardware for onboarding and off-Boarding users accordingly. Other duties as assigned by IT Manager.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR800,000.00 – INR1,200,000.00 per yearSchedule:
