Job Description

1. Willing to relocate to Job Location.
2. Fluent English language skills with solid writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Fluent in Marathi language
4. This position requires solid experience in delivering technical training, and willingness to learn cloud at our organization to eventually become a Cloud Trainer/Architect.
5. Mentoring students in Java- J2EE. Helping students with Project work. Giving Assignments and Conducting Projects based on Java.
6. Be interested in understanding the latest IT technologies & trends.
7. Have a critical eye to distinguish between the quality of good training versus blah training.
8. Model excellent teaching for students through the training program.
9. Confidently interact with people throughout.
10. Maintain training records. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
11. Experience in delivering technical training in technologies like; Java, Linux, Databases, Storage, etc.
12. Good to have experience in delivering training on Cloud, Big Data, AI/ML, IoT, etc. (not a mandate)
13. Good to have experience in designing, coding, testing, documenting, and deploying global applications based on system and user requirements. (not a mandate)
14. Guide discussions with customers to scope training needs.
15. Generate curriculum for technical training.
16. Evaluating and recommending software and hardware solutions to meet business needs .
Role Requirements
1. 3+ years hands-on experience delivering technical training on any of the technologies like Microsoft Java, MongoDB, MySQL, MVC, WCF, Web API including development tools, debugging, VSTS, Red Hat Linux, Databases, etc.
2. Fluent English language skills with solid writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Fluent in Marathi language skills with interpersonal communication skills.
4. Should have Good Subject Knowledge in Java and Advanced Java such as JSP/ Servlets, EJB, Spring, Hibernate, Struts. Should be able to teach independently. Should have good communication and presentation skills. Industry experience preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of web technologies and enterprise development.
6. Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
7. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, DocumentDB.
8. Knowledge of cloud technologies is an advantage.
9. Knowledge of DevOps, CI, CD is an advantage.
10. Participate in internal projects and pilots as needed to ensure offerings are effective prior to wide-scale general availability.
11. Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, self-motivated, and highly enthusiastic.
12. Demonstrated ability to work both on your own and as a member of a collaborative team
13. Hands-on experience in setting up and using DevOps related tools and processes
14. Key Personal Attributes.
15. A strong stage presence and ability to manage client interactions, requirement gathering discussions, etc.
16. Ability to work independently with minimal direction providing technical and non-technical support to multiple users.
17. Proficient in technology consulting, training and development.
