Klismos Hiring for Factory Supervisor at New Delhi Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the factory, ensuring production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Work with different teams like carpenter, upholstery and paint other teams to ensure the quality of work, timely execution and on time delivery
• Identify areas of improvement, implement changes, and monitor improvement/ compliance
• Develop and execute process improvements that reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve quality standards
• Manage staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met
• Monitor safety regulations and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Provide corrective action and disciplinary action if needed
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs and other service tasks for factory equipment and machinery
• Analyze production records and data to set and adjust production goals, plans and priorities
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply of materials
• Interface with suppliers/OEMs on inspection methods, master sign-off sample, on-site inspections, sorting arrangements and products disposal method
• Ensure employee training programs are up to date
• Maintain accurate records of production output, daily performance, issues and safety reports

Qualifications:

• Degree in BBA or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of engineering principles, Lean manufacturing, and safety regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software programs
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
