What you will be doing:

• Work from Office Role
• Manage incoming phone calls and handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to respond to email and whatsapp queries
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

You will be an ideal candidate if:

• Prior experience in customer service
• Own a laptop
• Strong English language verbal and written communication skills
• Excited about sales and the e-commerce industry
