Job Description:
Write and maintain customer and internal documentation using a structured documentation system.

Timely completion of all assignments relating to technical documentation

Establishing and maintaining high quality of submitted work, as per defined documentation standards and best practices in technical writing and Document management

Prepares document schedules/develops documentation plan for projects and maintains records

Attends product meetings, organizes meetings as required

Proactive approach to questioning technical team and managers to clarify technical issues

Setting up document standards, styles and formats, etc.

Coordinate documentation projects, and cooperate with subcontractors and translation agencies.

Ensure that documents are technically accurate, user-focused, and free from errors by applying group processes, procedures, and standards

Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have strong Technical writing and document management experience: 4 – 7 yrs. Preferably in Industrial Products/ Heavy Machinery/ Automobile/ Aerospace

Excellent written and spoken English

Knowledge of XML and DITA

Experience in producing structured documentation

Ability to write simplified technical English (STE) is seen as an advantage.

Ability to work and communicate effectively with a globally-distributed team

Good technical background

Accurate way of working

Initiative and good team work skills

Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.
