Recruiting
 Organize and run recruitment events for AP’s and LA’s.
 Be an expert in identifying prospective LA & AP through recruitment events or personal contacts.
Planning & Goal Setting
 Plan goals & performance needs for AP’s periodically.
 Provide training on sales process.
 Enable on floor coaching.
 Be an expert Sales Manager & expertise in Sales Process.
Coaching & Developing
 Successfully run the ‘Train – Audit – Retrain “ cycle for the skills of Aps.
 Handle selection , on boarding of APs & responsible for Aps income.
 Assist APs through joint field work.
 Contact APs who fall short of Contract Maintenance criteria and retrain or reactivate them.
 Help in prospecting/suspecting activity in the field.
 Operate as a products “Subject Matter Expert”

Reporting to: Location / Branch Managing Partner
Education: Graduate (Full time) / (10+2+3 yrs Degree / Diploma Fulltime) mandatory.
Competencies Required: Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement Oriented, Analytical skill.
Computer Skills Required: (MS – Office, Excel, Power Point)

Candidates having minimum of 2 years of field sales experience from any industry can apply. Salary plus best in industry incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
