Analysis of Data and MIS preparation

Extensive work in MS-Excel and MS-Access

Monitoring of trend and reporting variances

Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.

Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems

Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and Reporting.

Coordination with various Departments / Business Functions/ Users, CASA Product Team, Credit Card Product teams, IT etc. to execute projects as per requirement.

Prepare Requirement Specification Document / Functional specification documents.

Job Requirements

At least 5 year’s total experience

Prior experience in handling voluminous data, MIS preparation and reporting

Excellent Analytical and communication skills

Superior Skills in testing and should have technical knowledge

Skill of MS –Excel , Word

Should have basic knowledge of Banking and understanding of CASA, Branch Operations, Clearing and Term Deposits.

Should have good analytical skills, an eye for detail and positive attitude in terms of finding best solution to problems, issues or requirements

Excellent written and oral communication skills
