KPMG Hiring for Executive-BLC at Gurgaon, Haryana Full Time

To manage multiple assignments, containing a number of work streams, of moderate complexity to the agreed time and quality standards, to be the main day to day contact for the client, pro-actively investing in generating quality client relationships and understanding the broader business needs, lead on projects delivering high quality work on time and as per budgets.

Role & Responsibilities

§ Increase visibility of brand as a strong knowledge resource

§ Make the board self-reliant and work towards making the retreat sponsorship based

§ Manage day to day client relationship with senior stakeholders

§ Understand the key financial and topical issues and able to articulate well while attending the meeting and take notes

§ Increase engagement with prominent industry leaders

§ Demonstrating ability to effectively communicate technical issues to clients whether internal or external

§ Acting in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal risk management requirements. Ensuring you are up to date with KPMG engagement risk management processes.

§ Understanding client needs and takes responsibility and pride in ensuring the delivery of high quality work

§ Displaying excellent project management skills to deliver high quality work on time and to budget

§ Ensuring appropriate training takes place to deliver quality

§ Clearly articulating the expectation regarding work results, time effort and timelines to team members

§ Manage webinars, roundtables, and external events effectively

§ Managing website content

§ Co-ordinate with internal stake holders – Service teams/ IT / Admin / Finance

§ Maintaining database

§ Ensure that internal compliance and procedures are met

§ Excellent skillset to make proposals and presentations

§ Basic understanding of the corporate governance topics and skills to research on the same

§ Must have good writing skills to ensure quality content for thought leadership and internal communication

§ Demonstrating ability to effectively communicate technical issues whether internal or external

§ Acting in accordance with legal, regulatory and internal risk management requirements Ensuring you are up to date with KPMG engagement risk management processes.
