KPMG India Hiring for Executive-US at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

We are recruiting for an Executive in the CCS team. In this team, your responsibilities will include working as part of a team of analysts and executives for executing projects on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients (onshore teams). In addition, you will be required to contribute in:

• Understanding the holistic view of business relationship between the client and business partner
• Summarization of agreements between the client and third parties
• Identifying revenue leakages and putting together testing procedures through data analysis using tools like Advanced-Excel, SQL, Alteryx etc.
• Generating reports exhibiting the monetary or non-monetary findings
• Combining the above skills to deliver time-critical and relevant submissions to clients
• Excellent communication skills, as part of the role requires continuous collaboration with onshore team members (US)
• General understanding of Sales lifecycle/accounting/Finance.
• Critical thinking, Problem solving & Data Analytics mindset
• Attention to Detail (part of job is high level reading, summarization of contracts and Data Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements and sales reports to draw logical inferences
• Intermediary MS-Excel skills and basic knowledge of any data analytics tool like SQL.
• Effective verbal and written communication with the onshore teams
• Ability to apply critical thinking while analysing the raw data received from client or third parties.
• Respecting the timelines and quality standards related to the deliverables
• Maintaining good rapport with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

B.com/B.tech/MBA Finance OR Any master’s degree with a major or concentration in Finance, Economics or Accounting etc

Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Advanced Excel and Word) and good to have other analytical tools knowledge like Alteryx, SQL.
