Role – Talent Acquisition – Assistant Manager

Location – Bangalore

What we need ?

PG+5 years of experience in end to end recruitment . (preferred consulting hiring – technical hiring )

Hiring experience in skills like ServiceNow , tech strategist , digital soultions (One must have worked on variety of tech hiring skills )

Solid stakeholder management experience.

Should have experience in building sourcing strategies through non convetional ways .

Excellent communication & strong articulation skills , high confidence level .

Apt with market mapping & should be abreast with industry trends .

Role & Responsibilities

1. Works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of numbers.
2. Helping in preparation of the recruitment plan making sure the timeline are clearly defined as per the needs of the business.
3. Number of candidates sourced through the defined portals in accordance to the needs of the business and the values of the firm.
4. Conducting and liaising interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.
5. Ensuring compliance collection of past employment documents for the preparation of positioning note and checking the fitment.
6. Ensuring accuracy in the roll out of offer post approval from the partner.
7. Tracking the efficiency of the recruitment process by constant interaction with recruitment vendors and initiating cost effective/ innovative methods of recruitment
8. Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group
9. Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly recruitment and joining trackers
10. Meet required statutory compliances on an ongoing basis
11. Ensures 100% accuracy during the requirement gathering phase.
