- Expertise in IT & Technology Due Diligence with a strong understanding of evaluating complex IT environments and technical systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve technology solutions
- Oversee bid management processes, including drafting and reviewing tenders in compliance with government norms and guidelines, evaluation of bid proposals, assistance in pre-bid meetings and responses to queries, etc.
- Develop and present concept notes and proposals for new technology solutions, support in policy making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Provide expertise in NIC solutions and their application in E-Governance projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in E-Governance and related technologies
- Proficiency in Marathi language is highly desirable
