Our multidisciplinary approach blends cutting-edge strategies, regulatory acumen, and global best practices. Our team of multi-domain experts has successfully delivered national priority strategic engagements, providing guidance and insights to central and state governments, Public Sector Units (PSUs), and multilateral institutions.

>>Roles & Responsibility

1. Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and execute capacity building training programs tailored to the needs of industries, MSMEs, rural industries, and startup programs.
2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with central and state government bodies to conceptualize and strategize capacity building initiatives.
3. Program Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs, ensuring they meet the desired objectives and standards.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders including government officials, industry experts, and community leaders to ensure effective program delivery.
5. Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
6. Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on the progress and outcomes of capacity building initiatives.
7. Resource Management: Manage resources effectively to ensure the smooth execution of training programs.

>>Work Experience

1. At least 6 years of overall experience.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience working with central/state government projects in areas such as conceptualizing, strategy planning, and conducting capacity building training programs.
3. Experience in the field of industries, MSMEs, rural industries, or startup programs or equivalent is essential.
