Job Description

Program Manager

· Manage End to End delivery for large/complex programs

· Planning and monitoring program execution including processes, milestones, and deadlines

· Manage internal and external stakeholders.

· Monitor and control program cost.

· Ensure delivery of products/services from projects are to the defined level of quality, on-time and within budget .

· Manage dependencies between projects

· Proactively manage Risks and Issues.

· Manage scope. Enforce change control for all fix price programs.

· Ensure Contract compliance.

· Minimize program inefficiencies – ensure team is right sized, Establish/Drive processes adherence and ensure Process inline with SOW. Track/Review all program metrics to ensure program health

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience

· 10+ years experience

· Knowledge of all program management procedures, Agile practices

· Experience with data analysis, budgeting, and reporting

· Problem-solving skills

· Good verbal andwritten communication skills
