Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR payroll

Location: Gurgaon/Noida/Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

1. The incumbent will be responsible to manage end to end payroll – right from validation of inputs , minimum wage checks , input regarding joining bonus , Retention Bonus
2. Maintains employees’ payroll records & Executing new joiner CTC audits
3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
4. Reconcile payroll disputes & act accordingly.
5. Maintains confidential information of associates and payroll operations
6. Responds to and resolves payroll-related inquiries from employees
7. Manages regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports

THE INDIVIDUAL:

1. Should have a seasoned experience in performing end to end HR Payroll activities.
2. Must be able recognize the need for new payroll procedures and/or policies and make recommendations
3. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and follow through on work assignments with minimal supervision
4. Must have comprehensive HR and payroll knowledge of government policies, legislations and tax regulations
