About Team

The role is a part of the Catalog Planning Team, a vital component of Myntra operations. This team serves as a business support unit with the primary responsibility of managing unproductive inventory and providing essential reports to support the operations team. Managing non-live styles to minimize unproductive inventory is a key function of this team, making it instrumental in ensuring Myntra’s future success. The role within this team is strategic and dynamic, requiring close monitoring of catalog non-live styles to facilitate a swift turnaround time in making styles live.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Publish daily reports on Catalog sample picking, daily dashboard, go live, catalog queue, WIP lead time report etc.
• Publish weekly/Monthly reports on catalog weekly go live, weekly dashboard etc.
• Ensure that there is adequate WIP all the time for Ready to Issue at catalog Warehouse.
• Style prioritization for picking, binning and production, and ensure lead time is met for these as per launch date or any promotional activity.
• Admin misc. work like, style status change, MRP change, Season change, Duplicate style filtration etc.
• Help Floor Manager to clear the styles in “ON HOLD/PMM” Areas if the issues are due to external factors (like Category, Warehouse etc).
• Manage and follow up on Kanban Productivity, process model trackers and process related trackers.
• Data management of all reports / metrics on a daily /weekly/monthly basis.
• Support the floor manager and planning team with data on cataloguing WIP/Transit/WH Queue for catalog.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate with 1+ Years of experience.
• Strong analytical bent of mind with solid communication/persuasion skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Ideally from a E-Com background – Experience in the fashion industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment.
