>>Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated professionals with a strong background in urban planning, infrastructure development, and advisory services to join our Government & Public Sector (G&PS) team. As part of the Industrial & Infrastructure Development Advisory (IIDA) division, the successful candidates will work on complex projects that involve master planning, detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and advisory for large-scale industrial and tourism infrastructure projects.

>>Work Experience

1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in urban planning, infrastructure advisory, or development-related projects.
2. Proven track record in preparing DPRs, master planning, and feasibility studies, particularly in the areas of tourism and industrial infrastructure development.
3. In-depth understanding of regulatory and policy frameworks related to government infrastructure and urban development.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

>>Preferred Experience:

1. Experience working on projects related to urban planning, tourism infrastructure, industrial development, or public-sector initiatives.
2. Previous involvement in government advisory projects, stakeholder management, and policy advocacy.
3. Familiarity with software tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, and project management software is advantageous.

1. Lead and contribute to the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and master plans for various government and public sector projects, including industrial and tourism infrastructure.
2. Work closely with government agencies, public sector organizations, and private stakeholders to provide advisory services on project planning, execution, and management.
3. Conduct research, data analysis, and site assessments to support project development.
4. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather inputs, present findings, and refine project strategies.
5. Develop frameworks and strategies to support urban development initiatives, industrial projects, and tourism infrastructure plans.
6. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, civil engineers, urban planners, and other technical experts.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards in project planning and execution.
8. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to government clients and senior leadership.

>> Education Qualification

Master’s Degree or Diploma in Urban Planning / MBA with Graduation in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
