Responsibilities for Administrative OfficerOrganizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officersReceiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mailAssisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databasesConferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receiptsEnsure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as neededCreating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as neededOffer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spacesAttend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officersQualifications for Administrative OfficerAn Associate’s degree in a related field, such as office administration, may be preferredWorking knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite0-1 years of experience for entry level positionsKnowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as fax machines, modern phone systems, and copy machinesPrior experience using spreadsheet software, including ExcelProven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same timeNotable organizational skills and the ability to provide organization and structure that others can followStrong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clientsComfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a teamJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental pay types:Quarterly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Sehore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 4 years (Preferred)
