Roles and responsibility

  • Conduct
    on-site visits to client locations to facilitate module training and
    implementation
  • Provide training to clients
    on our inventory software modules through online or offline.
  • Collaborate with clients to
    implement software modules.
  • Conduct thorough bug
    testing and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain comprehensive
    records and reports related to client interactions and support activities.
  • Provide
    timely and effective resolutions to client inquiries 
  • High levels of quality customer engagement ensuring they reach success as soon as possible 
  • A continuous approach to actively growing the community of customers
  • Respond to support queries, provide answers and be the go-to guide
