Job Description
Roles and responsibility
- Conduct
on-site visits to client locations to facilitate module training and
implementation - Provide training to clients
on our inventory software modules through online or offline. - Collaborate with clients to
implement software modules. - Conduct thorough bug
testing and troubleshooting. - Maintain comprehensive
records and reports related to client interactions and support activities. - Provide
timely and effective resolutions to client inquiries - High levels of quality customer engagement ensuring they reach success as soon as possible
- A continuous approach to actively growing the community of customers
- Respond to support queries, provide answers and be the go-to guide
