Full Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls includingdistribution. Making sure to demonstrate professional and politeresponses in telephone responses. Receive, inform, guide visitors including co-ordination withemployees . Taking Care of Attendance & Leave Application. Maintaining proper checklist related to housekeeping activities toensure upkeep of facility. Taking care of the pantry and ensure that the stock is maintained andserved to the associates with hygiene and care. Handling Reception Guest & Associate calls . Maintaining courier records etc. All filing work Maintaining the visitors record . Administrative duties Maintain and update contact sheet. Provide assistance in general administrative activities . Provide assistance to the Help Desk as required .Job Types: Full-time, FresherSalary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)
