:

• Provide L1 Level Customer Support
• Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Resolve tickets Analyze customer-reported information to identify problems and concerns.

Eligibility:

• One plus year of experience in Technical Support
• Good communication skills

Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate

Good Knowledge of networking

Compensation: 7,00,000 – 8,6,000 pa (Hike on last drawn)

Shift:247

Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
