Your Role and Responsibilities

As a GCP Data Engineer you will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture on google cloud, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams.

You should be able to design, build, operationalize, secure, and monitor data processing systems with a particular emphasis on security and compliance; scalability and efficiency; reliability and fidelity; and flexibility and portability. A Data Engineer should also be able to leverage, deploy, and continuously train pre-existing machine learning models. The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up on Google cloud services. The GCP Data Engineer will support our software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products.

• Monitoring the given scheduling tool
