Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing end to end operations of account remotely.
OM is responsible to ensure client’s business and applications are working / functioning as per agreed SOW matrix.
Co-ordinating with different technical towers, Service management team, PM/DPE and client to ensure all day-to-day operations (tickets) are closed withing SLA.
OM must ensure all tickets are resolved with in SLA, changes are implemented within agreed TAT and RCAs are shared as per the agreed timelines.
OM must prepare monthly / weekly MIS reports and share with PM/DPE and ensure all the reports are discussed with client / DPE.
Must maintain account level issue tracker and have weekly connect with DPE & client to discuss and close issues.
Must maintain 100% compliance posture for the accounts throughout the year.
OM must drive Seve 1 incidents/ major incidents along with IM team.
OM must ensure CAB calls & PRB calls are held weekly and all changes and problem tickets along with CAPA are discussed and closed.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Candidate should have 6+Years of experience.
Strong Experience in ITIL (IPC), must have ITIL foundation certification.
Working knowledge of AWS and Azure.
Technical knowledge in RHEL 6/7/8 Linux support experience.
Working knowledge of Windows 2012, 1016, 2019, AD, DNS, DHCP, NTP concept.
Working knowledge of MSSQL, Oracle and DB2.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Tivoli Monitoring, ICD, Science Logic, SolarWinds.
Working knowledge of VMware & Citrix.
Working knowledge of Storage.
Excellent communication skills and team player, interpersonal skills are required.
Ready to work 24/7 shifts (as per roster).
Work from office.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Perform RCA along with technical towers.
To identify & take ownership of issues found and resolve at earliest opportunity according to priority and impact.
Investigate the root-cause of incidents and look to implement fixes where possible rather than work arounds.
To follow change management processes as defined for your perimeter.
Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet project deadlines.
Must be self-motivated and work well with other groups.
